Job Summary:
E-MEDIX is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to handle the procurement of medicines from stockists, wholesalers, and vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and strong negotiation skills to ensure the best purchase rates.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage the procurement of medicines from vendors, stockists, and suppliers.
• Ensure in-depth knowledge of medicine compositions, brands (ethical and generic), and key stockists in the GM Road, Patna area.
• Negotiate competitive prices and ensure timely delivery of medicines.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers while ensuring the best purchasing deals.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory.
• Use MS Office applications efficiently for purchase documentation and reporting.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Handle fast-paced work environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and exhibit a positive attitude.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.

MANDATORY:

Must own a bike/scooty.

Proficiency in English is required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have completed 12th grade or possess a higher qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medicine procurement.
• Strong understanding of medicine compositions and brands (ethical, generic).
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Valid Indian Driving License and a 2-wheeler for local travel.
